Project scope consisted of miscellaneous site improvements including installation of new plant water yard piping, asphalt pavement/patching, and addition of a new dumpster pad and exterior dumpster canopy. Headworks improvements included demolition of existing screening equipment in two raw water influent channels along with removal of existing slide gates and appurtenances. New headworks equipment installed included two (2) new chain and rake bar screens along with screenings grinders, washing, and compaction equipment and four (4) new stainless steel slide gates. Additional miscellaneous improvements included installation of an interior monorail & hoist, HVAC system upgrades, installation of continuous gas monitoring equipment, installation of new three (3) new Influent Gates, screw pump lower bearing replacements, and electrical/controls improvements to include SCADA integration of new systems.
