Project scope included installation of a new pre-treatment vertical turbine pump and piping as well as installation of a new split case horizontal intermediate pump. Pretreatment pump installation provided increased membrane filtration feed capacity and included piping, valves, vacuum priming, a new strainer and associated instrumentation and appurtenances. Electrical revisions included additional pump VFDs and SCADA modifications to incorporate the new equipment.
